Lawanna Dendy, PHR, SHRM-CP
Founder, CEO
Lawanna Dendy is the owner of LD & Associates LLC, an HR consulting firm in Greenville, SC. She gained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management from Limestone College and her Master’s Degree from Clemson University in Human Resource Development. Lawanna also holds a Professional in Human Resources, PHR certification.
Lawanna is a well-versed RHRBP with over fifteen years of valuable and relevant experience in strategic planning, team building, change management, coaching, and collaboration. These skills are used for aligning a skilled workforce with management needs in order to achieve business objectives.
In addition to her experience, Lawanna’s passion is helping others adopt a growth mindset. She delivers upon this by bridging the gap between people and opportunity. She believes if there is a big enough WHY fueled with purpose, understanding, and clear communication most people will buy-in with the right mindset…a Growth Mindset.
Torchia Dendy
HR Consultant
Torchia Dendy is a Global HR Business Partner with experience working in aerospace manufacturing and software-industrial industries. She enjoys finding solutions to her clients’ business problems and seeing the impact those solutions have on the organization.

Torchia gained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management (emphasis in Human Resources) from Clemson University and her Master’s Degree from the University of South Carolina – Darla Moore School of Business in Human Resources.
Walter N. Bennett III, FACHE
HR Consultant
Walter graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2004 and a Master of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2006. He started his healthcare career in 2004 with McLeod Health in Florence, SC as an Administrative Intern and has built his experience from there. Walter has worked in various healthcare settings from a community health center, critical access hospitals, academic medical centers, and small to larger healthcare systems.
In 2006, Walter joined Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, where he has held various expansive roles. Most notably, he was the project manager to oversee and activate a new hospital construction, Pelham Medical Center (formerly known as Village Hospital). Today, he serves as the Division Director of Operations for the facility and Western Division of SRHS, in which he is accountable for the overall daily operations and an array of non-clinical and clinical departments.
